Do you need any software to use this configurator?
Nope, just a computer and an internet connection. This is a real time rendered 3D experience.
How do I access my saved model configurations?
A link will be emailed to you every time you save a model configuration. You will also be able to access saved models through your buyer dashboard.
Does it cost anything to sign up for a buyer account?
No, it's total free to sign up.
Can I access the configurator on a tablet or smartphone?
Yes, you can use on both a tablet and/or smartphone as long as you have an internet connection. We do however recommend using a large screen to see the details of the model.
Can I request other materials in the models?
Absolutely! Just submit the Custom Model Configuration form with your chosen selections and we will create a custom model for you and send it to you directly through your dashboard.
Can I view my configured model in VR?
Yes! Just open the emailed link in your VR headset. See the VR page for how to videos.
